My music was inspired by Fear! Trying to overcome deep, scary feelings by singing 'ain't that easy? especially when the mind goes blank. What do you do? you make your own.
My songs have always had either subtle or strong undertones of Gospel. Musically, I've been greatly influenced by hymns, and find it very uplifting.
Exploration in the realm of African music has been exhilarating. I am astounded by its effects on me . I just love it!
